The Vessel Cancellations & Refund Policy
If you purchase one of our products as a subscription, the cancellation policy below applies. Otherwise, the refund policy applies.
If you ever need assistance, you can always email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll reply within 24 hours.
If you purchase one of our subscriptions, you can cancel your subscription at any time, whether during a free-trial period or any time thereafter. To cancel, navigate to your user account area and there will be a button to cancel the subscription. It will be immediately cancelled.
We don’t offer refunds on our subscription products.
The Vessel offers an iron-clad, 100% refund policy on all of its non-subscription products.
These products have a 365-day money-back guarantee. This means you can simply request a refund and get it within 365 days of your purchase.
These products include Ybytu, Developing Your Personal Power and Life Journal, and the non-subscription version of Out of the Box.
How do I get a refund?
To get a refund, all you have to do is send an email to email@example.com asking for a refund. Please let us know which product you would like to be refunded.
Our support team will process the refund within 1 day.

The refund policy always applies to non-subscription products, whether you’ve bought it at a discount or at the full price.
