Why? Because it’s hard to change what we don’t acknowledge or understand. 

Just as a doctor needs to diagnose a patient before treating them, we need to identify our behaviours and thought patterns before we can modify them.

This involves taking a step back and observing our thoughts, feelings, and actions without judgment. 

It’s about identifying our triggers, understanding our reactions, and noticing patterns. 

This requires honesty and courage as we’ll need to confront aspects of ourselves that we might prefer to ignore.

But the beauty of self-awareness is that it puts us in the driver’s seat.

Once we understand more about ourselves, we are better equipped to make decisions that align with our deepest values and aspirations. 

It’s not always an easy journey, but it is one that can lead to profound personal growth and change in less than 30 days.
