Social bonds do more than make us happy. Studies show that strong relationships lower stress, improve immunity, and help us live longer.

It’s not about having a big circle. It’s about having a supportive one.

Even one person who listens without judgment can make life feel richer. A simple phone call, a shared laugh, or coffee with a friend can restore your spirit more than any beauty treatment ever could.
