BUT this does require a bit of training.
Which is where my Life Journal self-coaching methodology comes in!
You see, the beauty of my self-coaching methodology is that it’s a cyclical process.
This means you can continue going through – and benefiting from – the course’s 6 modules again and again!
Think of it as your own personal mental training studio. A place you’ll always be able to access to find a source of calm, strengthen your inner self, and reassess your goals so you can continue to achieve your external dreams.
PLUS…while I did create this course by drawing on my extensive professional experience, the foundation of these lessons are built on evidence based research from experts in their fields (Dr. Russ Harris – ACT, Dr. Judson Brewer – Unwinding Anxiety, Kristen Neff – Self Compassion, Carol Dweck – Growth Mindset).

You have the opportunity here to learn a methodology that will help you flourish in life. You will become more self-aware and resilient, qualities needed in this chaotic and uncertain world.
Life Journal is designed to flow in the order you see it. There are 6 modules. Your timeline to complete the course is your own. I suggest 5 weeks with (Modules 1 and 2) in the first week and then Modules 3-6 over 4 weeks. However, you can take longer if you need to. It really is up to you.
You will have access to a Life Journal workbook with practical activities to support you on your journey. You will learn to do journalling and reflective writing through answering powerful, thought-provoking questions at the end of each module.
The beauty of this methodology is that you continue to use it well after you have finished this course.

Week 1 – Module 1
Starting The Journey
You will learn about the benefits of setting goals.
You will also do some practical activities to learn more about yourself and help you look objectively at your current life.
By the end of this module, you will have completed an exercise on defining your values as well as a comprehensive life satisfaction audit to work out what areas of life you want to improve.
Week 1 – Module 2
Developing Your Compelling Vision and Personal Action Plan
You will complete two activities to assist you in developing your inspiring vision for the future.
You will also develop your personal action plan choosing three areas of focus to set your SMARTER goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
Week 2 – Module 3
Monitoring Your Actions and Learning the Power of Habits
You’ve now built the mental foundation to start focusing on the specific actions you’ll take each week to achieve your goals. From this point on, it’s about taking action and monitoring your progress. You will learn strategies and techniques to help you develop positive habits and develop a greater understanding of mindfulness.
You will also learn about how you can break bad habits and addictions and change your relationship with anxiety.
Week 3 – Module 4
Monitoring Your Actions and Developing Mindfulness Skills
You’ll continue with your actions, but you will learn how you can integrate mindfulness skills into your daily life to help you live a more fulfilling and grounded life.
You will learn about Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a form of behavioural therapy which combines mindfulness skills with the practice of self-acceptance of your thoughts and feelings and a commitment to action in alignment with your values.
Week 4 – Module 5
MONITORING YOUR ACTIONS AND BEING YOUR OWN BEST FRIEND
As well as continuing with your actions and monitoring them, you will learn how to be your own best friend rather than your worst enemy!
You will develop a greater understanding of the practice of self-compassion and its evidence-based benefits.
Week 5 – Module 6
TAKING STOCK, EVALUATING AND STARTING AGAIN
At this point you’ve made profound changes – both within yourself AND in your external life. You will continue with your actions but in this module you are going to take stock and evaluate where you are at in the pursuit of your goals and the life you want to create.
You will also learn about the benefits of a growth mindset and how you can cultivate it further.
By the end of this module, you will have completed the full self-coaching cycle and ready to start again. You will learn the essential tools to successfully alter or change your goals, strategies and actions if that is what you want.
The core components of each module’s lessons:
- Videos with in-depth, clarifying notes – With these videos I’ll be talking right to you and you will have access to them forever.
- Stimulating yet practical activities and exercises which sharpen your thinking, build confidence, and transform how you view yourself and the world around you
- Powerful and thought-provoking questions for journaling and reflection – before you can grow, you must see yourself clearly (particularly your patterns of behaviour and habits) and your journal is an excellent tool for developing a greater understanding of yourself
- Additional resources – The Life Journal is a fully comprehensive course, but I’ve included excellent resources to further enrich your personal experience
