Which is where my Life Journal self-coaching methodology comes in!

You see, the beauty of my self-coaching methodology is that it’s a cyclical process.

This means you can keep going through – and benefiting from – the course’s 6 modules again and again for the rest of your life!

Think of it as your own personal mental training studio. A place you’ll always be able to access to find a source of calm, strengthen your inner-self, and reassess your goals so you can continue to achieve your external dreams.

PLUS…while I did create this course by drawing on my vast professional experience, the bedrock of these lessons are built on evidence based research (Dr. Russ Harris – ACT, Dr. Judson Brewer – Unwinding Anxiety, Kristen Neff – Self Compassion, Carol Dweck – Growth Mindset)

How my self-coaching/self-empowerment course breaks down:

Week 1 – Module 1

Starting The Journey

It all begins with setting our goals.

In module #1 we cut through the mental clutter to clarify your unique purpose in life. This alone is an incredibly powerful, life-changing and liberating process. One where you’ll discover how to finally stretch beyond your comfort zone so you can start to achieve your full potential!

Week 1 – Module 2

Developing Your Compelling Vision and Personal Action Plan

Module 1 was about clearing out the mental cobwebs to gain focus – now it’s time to develop the ability to achieve your new goals!

This is where we’ll develop your inspirational personal vision for the future. 

Whether it’s in 12 months, 2 years or even 5 years, this is where you’ll tap into what you are passionate about and what gives you energy.

Week 2 – Module 3

Monitoring Your Actions and Learning the Power of Habits

You’ve now built the mental foundation to start focusing on the specific actions you’ll take each week to achieve your goals.

From this point on, it’s about taking action!

But don’t worry, you’re gonna have a lot of help.

1) Learning strategies and techniques to help you develop positive habits and…
2) Developing a greater understanding of mindfulness

PLUS I’ll be referencing Dr. Jud, internationally recognized addiction psychiatrist and neuroscientist at Brown University Medical School, USA to help show you techniques which can help you break bad habits such as obsessive thought patterns or addiction!

Week 3 – Module 4

Monitoring Your Actions and Developing Mindfulness Skills

You’ve hit week three and at this point you should be feeling some significant momentum!

In Module #4 you’ll continue with your actions, but now we’ll start getting to the really powerful stuff…learning how you can integrate mindfulness skills to help you achieve your goals!

But there’s more…because once you get the core concepts of mindfulness down, you’ll then discover how you can use the power of mindfulness to break any habits of addictions and obsessive thought patterns!

This is when we’ll discuss what’s known as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – a form of behavioural therapy which has been developed over the past 30 years and combines mindfulness skill with the practice of self-acceptance of your thoughts and feelings.

By integrating the practice of ACT in your actions, you’ll experience the immense benefit of increased psychological flexibility (the ability to contact the present moment more fully as a conscious human being and to change or persist in behaviour when doing so serves valued ends.

Week 4 – Module 5


The key to your continued development is to make sure your mind is working for you, not against you. This is where the practice of self-compassion (i.e. being your own best friend) becomes critical. 

You see, life never stops throwing challenges at us. 

And our very own minds can betray us if they aren’t properly trained – berating us to the point where we become our own worst enemy!  

BUT by learning how to be your own best friend, you’ll actually learn to accept those negative thoughts – a truly awesome skill which will help you stay relaxed, focused, and always moving towards your goals.

Week 5 – Module 6


At this point you’ve made profound changes – both within yourself AND in your external life. 

But now it’s time to go beyond a successful mindset and develop…a growth mindset. 

Because this is YOUR lifelong journey – and as you conquer your goals, your goals will change.

This means greater rewards, but also… greater challenges.

In Module #6 we provide you with the essential tools to successfully alter or change your goals, strategies and actions. Allowing you to smartly aim higher and higher while having the know-how and resilience to make those visions come true.

The core components of each module’s lessons:

  • Improve your current’One-to-one’ videos with in-depth, clarifying notes – With these videos I’ll be talking right to you. And while the conversation might be 1-way, you’ll be able to watch them again and again forever! relationships while developing rich, beautiful new ones
  • Stimulating yet practical activities and exercises which sharpen your thinking, build confidence, and transform how you view yourself and the world around you
  • Straight-to-the-bone questions for journaling and reflection – before you can grow, you must see yourself clearly (particularly your patterns of behaviour and habits) and your journal is an excellent tool for developing a greater understanding of yourself
  • Additional resources – The Life Journal is a fully comprehensive course, but you can never have too much of a good thing and I’ve included excellent resources to further enrich your personal experience
